Class Etiquette

Please respect the experience for yourself and others by following these simple etiquette:

  • 1. Please Wash Your Hands ,face & legs before entring the class room.
  • 2. Should not wear slippers or shoes inside the class room. Once you have signed-in at registered note, please remove your shoes or chapels in the outside of class room (waiting area).
  • 3. Students should wear our regular uniform before entering the class Room. Dressing rooms are available to change your dress.
  • 4. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class starts, and prepare for class. All classes start on time. Once class starts, you will not be allowed entry. Please do not leave the class room while class is in progress.
  • 5. The yoga Class room is a silent place. Please do not talk while in the class and centre Corridors.
  • 6. Eating or bringing food into the class room is strictly forbidden.
  • 7. Do not bring cell phones in to the class room, keep your things in to the dressing room
  • 8. On your first visit you will be required to fill out a new student registration form. Please be sure to sign a waiver and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions.
  • 9. Every day you should bring your mat, towel, and other amenities.( or ) you can keep your belongings in dressing room, but Our centre accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage.
  • 10. Yoga is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all for 2-3 hours before a class.
  • 11. Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water both before and after class.


Tell your instructor or our centre physiyogatherapist about any previous injuries or conditions you might have. This will help the instructor know how to adjust you a modified pose if necessary.
